Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:
  • We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 3 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

 

2. Initiating a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or call us at 0436 959 203. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

 

3. Return Authorization:
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send items back without an RA number.

 

4. Shipping Your Return:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RA number prominently displayed on the package.

 

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) for eligibility and condition.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

6. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

 

7. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement when contacting our customer service team.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed.
